Tuition & Payment
Tuition for this 1-day training is $10,000. This amount is all-inclusive; no additional fees or expenses apply.
Non-Refundable Payments
Your deposit and any balance paid are non-refundable. If the balance is not paid by the deadline above, your training will be canceled, and the deposit will be retained by Contractor.
Cancellation
All payments made under this agreement are non-refundable. If Client cancels the training for any reason other than an act of God or force majeure event, Contractor may, at its sole discretion, apply paid amounts as a credit toward a future training date scheduled within 12 months. If Contractor is unable to perform due to illness, emergency, or an act of God, Contractor’s liability shall be limited to refund of amounts paid by Client.
Rescheduling
Client may request to reschedule a training with at least 30 days written notice, subject to Contractor availability. One rescheduling request may be granted without penalty. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Independent Contractor Relationship
Contractor retains the sole right to control and direct the manner in which services are performed. Client retains the right to supervise the work to ensure it conforms to what is specified in the agreement.
Recording
No part of the Contractor’s performance may be recorded by audio or video devices of any kind without written permission from the Contractor.
Intellectual Property
All training materials, handouts, manuals, slide decks, exercises, and related content provided by the Contractor remain the intellectual property of the Contractor. Client is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use such materials solely for internal business purposes, and may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, or use such materials for external training or commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Contractor.
Limitation of Liability
Contractor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business damages arising from this agreement or the training services provided.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, proposals, and understandings relating to the training services described herein.
