NLP TechniquesNLP change patterns and interventions often create positive change very quickly.

The term NLP Techniques is often used to refer to some of the various skills of NLP and also to the many Therapeutic Interventions that are part of NLP or Neuro-linguistic Programming.

These patterns are proven ways to create positive change very rapidly. In addition, many of these methods cause Generative Change. Generative change is any change that evolves and improves on its own into the future and also becomes generalized into multiple areas of a person’s life.

It’s important to know that it would be very difficult to simply read an NLP pattern in a book and actually be able to do it well. Most NLP techniques require the ability to use other NLP skills like rapport, anchoring, language patterns, ecology, and future pacing. All these additional skills are part of any legitimate NLP Practitioner Training.

Here are the 27 NLP techniques taught in our Practitioner Certification Training plus some additional patterns used frequently in Neuro-linguistic Programming.
