Coaching Terms For 3 Sessions

By enrolling in any of our 3-session coaching/training packages, you are agreeing to the following terms:

You agree to pay
You agree to pay the complete amount of the coaching package you have enrolled in. Should your account fall into arrears, you understand that your coaching sessions will be suspended until all fees have been paid. A $35 administration fee will be charged for all NSF and denied credit card authorizations and late payments.

Sessions Details
You will receive THREE 1-hour coaching sessions delivered on Zoom, plus one optional email exchange with your trainer after each session.
Email exchanges must be used the week of the coaching and may not be ‘built up’ for a later time. I.E. Use them or lose them.

Cancellation & no show
All coaching session packages are nonrefundable and act as a binding contract between us. If you miss a session (not previously re-scheduled up to 24 hours before the sessions) for any reason other than an act of God, the session may not be rescheduled. All sessions must be completed within 60 days of your enrollment date. 

Rescheduling policy
You may reschedule previously scheduled phone coaching sessions with 24 hours’ notice to your instructor. After that they may not be rescheduled and are non-refundable.  

Payment
All coaching sessions must be paid in full in advance.

Phone coaching sessions
If phone coaching is used, the client is responsible for calling at the scheduled phone coaching time. The number is 682-263-4515.

No further commitment required
You are not obligated to do any further coaching that is not included in your chosen coaching package.

Not therapy
All sessions are for the purpose of vocational or non -vocational self-improvement only and do not constitute therapy, legal or accounting advice of any kind.

You are responsible for results
You are responsible for any and all actions that you may decide to take as a result of your coaching sessions. There is no guarantee of results or income as a result of these sessions. You agree to release Alexander Van Buren and Skill Builder Seminars LLC and all its agents and staff from any personal, physical or financial liability incurred during or as a result of your coaching sessions.

Handouts
Handouts from our LIVE trainings may be included in your coaching package. All handouts are copyrighted and are for your individual use only. They ae the intellectual property of Alexander Van Buren. All copyright and intellectual property rights laws apply. 

Recordings
No recording is permitted with permission from Alexander Van Buren. These sessions will NOT be recorded by Alexander.
