This workshop is a dynamic one of a kind creativity experience.
It begins as Alexander Van Buren presents the key distinctions he elicited during a two year behavioral modeling project designed to identify the key processes of creativity, genius and innovation.
Brief Overview of This Seminar
Specific processes for accessing the creativity patterns of Walt Disney are covered in detail. They are followed by the patterns of genius that have been modeled from the notebooks of Leonardo da Vinci.
Finally, the specific questions and criteria used to stimulate innovation, drawn from Peter Drucker's work, are developed and explored in detail.
These initial themes are then applied to your specific challenges and current obstacles in an upbeat 'round robin' session. Everyone is invited to participate and join in as a brainstorming and creativity session par excellence unfolds!
The result is a refreshing new way of solving problems and a breakthrough in both the number and quality of new ideas and solutions.

Alexander Van Buren is the president and senior trainer at Dallas Seminars.com.
His first behavioral modeling project was conducted over 18 years ago.
Determined to elicit the structure of creativity in detail, he read Leonardo da Vinci's notebooks every day for two years, while reverse engineering Walt Disney's creative process in detail.
The project loosed a flood of creative ideas and led to 18 years of formal behavioral modeling projects, over 200 original models and dozens of therapeutic interventions.
His original interventions have been published in Anchorpoint magazine, The Sourcebook of Magic, (Crown House Publishing) and the Big Book of NLP.
Van Buren has been a featured presenter at the Stanford Executive Program Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.
This training include his original mind map and a process called The Disney Creativity Diamond™ - a step by step method for generating, evaluating, planning and implementing new ideas and innovative strategies.
He is currently studying the patenting process with plans to put over 30 original inventions into design and utility patents.

In this session we'll apply a heightened state of creativity to your specific challenges and current obstacles in an upbeat 'round robin' session.
Everyone is invited to participate and join in as a brainstorming and creativity session par excellence unfolds!
In this module, your trainer will be using a set of methods for keeping the group in the elevated creative state that has been created.
Various situations are brought up as people solve and generate new ideas and potential solutions to them in their heightened state of creativity.
This module has resulted in public companies re-designing their marketing, strategy and sales systems and has been instrumental in creating breakthrough's for individuals and teams.

Exercise in pairs - Creativity Circles
In which we spontaneously adjust our plan the rest of the day, based on the number and quality of new ideas, and the goals of your team.
In this phases of the Disney Creativity Diamond™, your group will use a special method to evaluate the numerous ideas and strategies they've come up with, and prepare them for the planning and implementation phases.
Your company mission, values and goals will be used to evaluate your new ideas.
In addition, you'll learn and practice a special method for evaluating ideas and possible courses of action more effectively. You'll use your own values-based criteria and questions for determining the worth, feasibility and ecology of each potential solution or path of action.

Exercise in groups of 3 or more : Evaluating
Begin to construct a plan for implementing one or more of the ideas and breakthrough's from earlier sessions. The depth, detail and amount of planning is determined by you and your group.
A final exercise for rolling out the best ideas of the day is the perfect ending to this breakthrough experience in creativity.
